Empathy Mapping: A tool to improve your marketing skills

October 9, 2019 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm MST

The CO+HOOTS Foundation presents Empathy Mapping: A tool to improve your marketing skills – the second session in our four-week Midweek MindTweak Marketing Workshop. (Did you miss the first session in the series? No worries! You’re still welcome to attend this week.)

To whom are you marketing your product or services? What do you know about their life? Their struggles? Their goals or aspirations?

Effective marketing is a result of truly understanding and empathizing with your customer. Do you want to provide your customer with the services, products, and/or information they need to solve their problems? Do you want to establish brand loyalty? To do so, you need to dive deeper into what it is like to be your customer.

Join Abby Wilkymacky, business-owner and former ASU Qualitative Design Research faculty for this hand-on workshop. This workshop is the 2nd program in the 4-Week MWMT Marketing series. It is the perfect pre-cursor before you make a “7-Step Marketing Plan” during Week 3.
