Reconsidering the Topic of Life Balance
October 30, 2019 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm MST
Free
The CO+HOOTS Foundation presents Reconsidering the Topic of Life BalanceĀ – the last session in our four-week Midweek MindTweak Mental Health & Mindset Workshop. (Did you miss the first session in the series? No worries! You’re still welcome to attend this week.)
Finding stability and strength is not always achieved overnight and is not a static activity. Finding your balance is mindful, full of movement & change and is an ongoing process.
The presentation will take a fresh, alternative, creative and innovative look at the question of the legitimacy of life balance. It will answer the following questions:
What is balance? Is it a myth?
Can and should I pursue balance?
How can I achieve balance while juggling priorities?
